Miglen Evlogiev is a cybersecurity expert with over 15 years of experience in building and leading security programs in cloud, fintech, and regulated corporate environments. Currently, he serves as the CISO at Evrotrust, where he leads the information security, compliance, and platform team, ensuring adherence to eIDAS and global standards for digital identity and trust services. Miglen is the President of the Bulgarian Cybersecurity Association, working to strengthen national cyber resilience and foster public-private collaboration. He is also the OWASP Sofia Chapter Leader and has received accolades from Forbes Bulgaria as an Innovative Leader (2025) and from Career Show Bulgaria as one of the Top 100 Managers and Top 100 Most Influential IT Personalities. He is an active speaker at conferences and universities across Europe on topics including AppSec, cloud security, identity, and the impact of AI on cybersecurity.
