Denitsa Rebaine has nearly 10 years of experience in financial crime compliance. She is currently the EMEA Deputy Head of Sanctions at an American investment banking services holding company. Previously she was a Sanctions Compliance Officer at one of the largest financial institutions. In her role, she manages sanctions risk and provides advice and guidance to functional partners and key stakeholders – regionally and globally, on OFAC, EU and UK sanctions regulations. She is also a Chair of the ACFCS CEE Chapter. In April 2020 Denitsa started the Compliance Time podcast which brings together compliance experts and creators from all over the world.
