Ivan Dimitrov is the Chief Compliance Officer for a leading Scandinavian manufacturer of cargo handling solutions, bringing over a decade of specialized expertise to the role. Throughout his career, he has led global teams and initiatives across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, with a core focus on anti-corruption, third-party risk management, and human rights. Having held key leadership positions in multinational telecommunications and manufacturing corporations, he has extensive experience in developing global compliance frameworks, conducting complex investigations, and managing whistleblowing systems. Ivan holds degrees in Law and Political Management, complemented by several international certifications in compliance and ethics. Beyond his corporate responsibilities, he actively contributes to the field as a guest lecturer on compliance topics at one of Bulgaria’s leading universities.
