Chief Compliance Officer

Ivan Dimitrov is currently the Chief Compliance Officer for a leading Scandinavian manufacturer of cargo handling solutions. With over a decade of experience in the compliance field, he has led global teams and programs across Europe, Asia and the Americas, focusing on anti-corruption, third-party risk management, and human rights. His career includes key leadership roles in multinational corporations operating in the area of telecommunications and manufacturing, where he was responsible for developing and enforcing global compliance frameworks, conducting investigations, and managing whistleblowing systems. Ivan holds degrees in Law and Political Management, along with several international certifications in compliance and ethics. He actively lectures on compliance-related topics at one of the leading Bulgarian universities.
