Reni Mitkova is a distinguished financial sector expert in Bulgaria with nearly 25 years of experience in team and company management, focusing on strategic development, sustainable growth, and innovative solutions. As Chairperson of the Board of Directors at EOS Matrix, she has established the company as a sector leader and a pioneer in the professional receivables purchase market, currently managing over 1,000 portfolios with a balance exceeding 3 billion euros. Reni is a co-founder and board member of the Association of Receivables Management Companies (ACMA) in Bulgaria and served on the board of FENCA from 2015 to 2019, contributing to the sector’s development at the European level. Beyond her corporate achievements, which have earned her numerous prestigious awards, she is a dedicated advocate for financial literacy. She is the author of the book “You Always Pay” and creator of “Dzhobnite,” the first family-oriented podcast dedicated to financial education.
