Rositsa Tosheva is a prosecutor at the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office, Economic and Tax Crimes Department.  

Her career began at the Sofia District Prosecutor’s Office, where she focused on cases involving economic crimes, including fraud, embezzlement, and abuse of official capacity.  

Since 2020, she has been working on investigations related to organized crime, fraud, money laundering, and tax offenses. Her work also covers crimes against the monetary and credit system, cybercrimes, and official misconduct.
